Coaching Plans


I offer a range of collaborative plans that fit different lifestyles and needs. Learn more about each plan below, and schedule a free consultation to discuss what option works best for you.

  • Designed for anyone looking to begin their wellness journey, the Full Plan is completely customizable to accommodate your needs and goals. The Full Plan begins with a 90-minute initial consultation where we discuss everything from past health struggles, to current health wants. Then, a week later we will go over your plan in depth and make any changes needed to be successful. Your plan could include a strength training routine, a balanced diet outline, a sleep schedule, a stretching program, some lifestyle changes, or a combination of these things, and more. This plan serves to encompass anything and everything you need on your journey.

  • The Athlete Plan is designed to complement a current team or practice schedule. This plan focuses mainly on Sports Nutrition needs, in addition to some cross-training, stretching and habit- forming. Goals for this program can include anything from increasing strength, mobility, weight, muscle mass, energy, flexibility, or endurance to decreasing body fat percentage, fatigue, or any other unwanted symptom.

  • This plan is created for anyone who is coming off of an injury and working to build their health back up to where it was pre-injury, or better. This program focuses on continuing rehabilitation exercises and stretching and building on that. We will also focus on proper nutrition and habits to get yourself to where you want to be.

  • This plan is for any woman looking to conceive, needing help during pregnancy, and/or post partum care. When working with pregnancy and hormones, experiencing a changing body and new health needs, there is a lot to cover. I work with many expectant and new mamas who are overwhelmed by all the contradicting information out there. When preparing and adjusting to a new little one, who has time to do all the research themselves?! And if you do, how do you know what information out there is actually true and who to listen to? That’s where I come in. This plan works on addressing all of your goals and needs, answering any questions, and of course, keeping the little one safe, healthy, and happy.

  • Gut health has become a significant topic in the health world throughout the past several years. Doctors and practitioners everywhere have been recently discovering how much the gut affects our overall health. Everything starts in the gut, and it’s related to all, if not most, illness we see today. I am fortunate to have been able to learn from the best – my father who is a Chiropractor that specializes in nutrition. Gut health is something that he has been teaching and training on, long before it was “relevant.” My 10 years in the health field has led me to research and educate myself on the importance of gut health, which has generated immense knowledge to bring to my sessions. This plan was created to increase your gut health first and foremost, as well as touching on all areas to create optimal overall health.

  • This plan is for anyone dealing with illness. Because of many factors, illness and chronic fatigue has become a huge problem in the world we live in today. I will work to educate you, and together we will create a plan that will reduce your symptoms. Living with extreme chronic illness myself for over 15 years, I have personally researched, tried, and tested countless treatments, modalities, diets, herbs, supplements, etc. Everyone is created different; therefore, each person reacts differently to different treatments. I am here to help you find what works best for your particular illness, with your body and symptoms, and help you get back to living your life the way you should be!

  • Are you struggling to lose or gain weight? Mood swings? Irregular menstrual cycle? Infertility? Fatigue? These are some of the signs that indicate hormone imbalance. There are many factors to consider when working on rebalancing hormones. Through my extensive research, I have found common patterns that can result in hormone imbalance – emotional stress, diet, environmental factors, toxins, sleep irregularity, and putting too much stress on the body. A hormone blood panel is generally the first step in addressing hormone imbalance. Based on the results combined with your symptoms, we then create a plan addressing the necessary steps to find a balance. Hormones can be tricky and are affected by several different things, so this plan will address multiple areas of health.

I first meet with every client to discuss their goals, history, and symptoms.

The consultation is the beginning of your health transformation! This is where we discuss everything regarding health- fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. I will be sure to collect all the necessary information and take particular measurements, depending on your symptoms and goals. We will also discuss your goals and your schedule to make this transformation doable and successful.

Collaboration

Step 2


Together with my client, we determine a plan that fits their lifestyle and their goals.

After the consultation, I take all of the information we discussed and come up with a game plan to better improve the client’s health. During the collaboration, we work together to be sure that the plan is maintainable and realistic, yet challenging and rewarding.

Coaching

Step 3


I meet regularly with each client to provide accountability, support, and resources.

This phase of your program is where we begin to form habits. These sessions are in place to ensure that you are building the skills necessary to handle life’s curveballs and how we can cope, while continuing to reach our goals. As a result of these coaching sessions, you will find yourself handling basic day-to-day tasks and previous concerns without even realizing it. The growth achieved and the strength built (both physically and mentally) will have a forever impact on your life. We are always evaluating and changing aspects of your plan to be sure you are responding positively and seeing the changes you’re striving for.

Continuity

Step 4


As sessions taper off, goals are reached, optimal health is achieved, and personal accountability and formed habits will keep my client on track to live the healthy lifestyle of their dreams!

During this time that my involvement is decreasing, this phase of your program leads to more self-accountability. By this point, the necessary skills have been developed to sustain your healthy lifestyle.

Pricing


Each body is unique, and each plan reflects that in pricing.

Each plan is flexible and contingent on your needs and wants. My clients have found that this is a great way to tailor their plans to fit their lifestyles and goals. You are in complete control of the items you want to include in your plan; you can also cut out items as we go if you would like.

In an effort to be transparent while also being flexible, I prefer to discuss your health goals with you first in a free 15 minute call. From there, we can decide together on a plan that best fits your needs.
