I’m Megan, a certified nutritionist and exercise physiologist combining my passion for people with my knowledge and skills in healthy living. My mission is to work with people in any phase of life to help them reach their complete wellness goals.

Through my vast experience in the fitness and nutrition fields over the past 10 years, combined with my own health battles, I have extensive knowledge about the body and its needs.

Leone Health Solutions (LHS) was created with an all-encompassing mentality. In the health world, many practitioners look at either fitness, nutrition, illness, or mindset. Here at LHS, I look at health and wellness from a holistic approach, working from all angles.

I help my clients navigate healthier eating options and more realistic exercise routines, working around their specific schedules. My job is to put everything together for you, creating full lifestyle plans for all of your wellness goals. Whether you feel like you’ve tried everything and nothing seems to work, have a hard time sticking to a food plan/fitness routine, or are just looking to improve performance and ability as an athlete, I’m your girl!

I first meet with every client to discuss their goals, history, and symptoms.

Together with my client, we determine a plan that fits their lifestyle and their goals.

I meet regularly with each client to provide accountability, support, and resources.

As sessions taper off, goals are reached, optimal health is achieved, and personal accountability will keep my client on track!
